Bringing a global flagship event to life for ServiceNow
Led the design of a human-centric theme for Knowledge24, from concept and casting to execution. By personifying the key audiences who rely on ServiceNow—including IT professionals, developers, employees, and customers—and adding subtle motion to each persona, I created an engaging, dynamic experience that drew attendees in with a compelling, can’t-look-away energy.




Built awareness and boosted registration
I led the end-to-end redesign of the event’s landing page, email campaigns, and digital communications—creating a cohesive, high-impact experience that drove engagement across every touchpoint. The result: the highest registration numbers in the event’s history.
